- Kalaija is a conceptual research-based artist and community liaison;
her practice takes many forms, some of which have recently included
painting clouds, researching cults, and writing about a love-ethic.
she arranges images and affect in order to collage together poems.
no/two things might carry the same meaning--this is what drives her to poke at things.
tongue in cheek.
she believes in the radical possibilities of community building,
and started Third Room
as a space to house and foster such.
she also writes, teaches, and loves to cook.in progress
