If we were to truly embrace practice-led research as a valuable form of knowledge production, we must embrace praxis: the mode of making to find the idea to find the meaning to then inform the making again. It is a modality of exchange, chance, risk, failure, commitment, trust, and introspection. When understood, it is something we can use to guide not just how we engage artwork, but with each other.
